I haven’t sat down and played a video game in 20 years, but it would seem to me that a version of MADDEN with no player names/data would make the game a “non buy” for most gamers. Guessing this gets worked out
The NFL's extension with EA doesn't include the NFLPA. Absent a new deal with the union, Madden will have team names and logos -- but not player names, images, and likenesses.
