Waiting for a Summary Judgment Motion date for your wrongful dismissal matter? Why not retain me to arbitrate it instead? $2,500+HST fixed fee, provided only matters in dispute are: whether employment contract is dispositive, quantum of reasonable notice, and mitigation.

Lawyers should never wear t-shirts on video calls. We sell a premium offering in the service industry. Dress in a way that signals you’re serious about high end hospitality.

Look, if you've never started an academic paper, now reproduced on @CanLII by referencing a rap battle between Biggie and ODB, then have you really written about statutory interpretation? What I'm talking about: https://t.co/VPtmzV3MoR

Similarly, law school should teach & drill how to write effective emails. ✅ Open with the conclusion & recommendation. ✅ Use bullet points. ✅ Be concise. ✅ Write so your recipient can copy/paste or forward to their stakeholder. So much of the job is writing good emails.
