By the way, UNRWA has stated that only 65K people in Rafah are still alive. 6 weeks ago, there was 1.4M. Down to 65K from 1.4Mβ¦. This is ethnic cleansing. Rafah was never meant to be a βsafe spaceβ it was a death trap.

We'd like to introduce you to the Renauroccs, a creature we created while we played Exquisite Biome by @SeaExcursion on the podcast this month (beautifully rendered by @megoogs_draws_). Listen to our latest episode to learn all about it!

I love a tabletop RPG with a bounded experience and a clear vision of the story it wants to facilitate. Last Train to Bremen is a whopper of an American folktale about outrunning the Devil and your own sins.
Vignette-driven RPG Last Train to Bremen (@SeaExcursion) pits four doomed musicians against the Devil. But first they'll need to survive each other. https://t.co/4CyiOgSHft

Supporting @bigbadcon helps this amazing con keep being bigger & badder, & their scholarship program empowers TTRPG creators who otherwise wouldn't make it to network with each other & build their craft! One of those creators was ME last year! If you can, please pledge & share!
Over 300 backers have come through with their pledges and signal boosts. With 28 days left, there are a few more stretch goals, including more amazing guests, covering our staff's lodging while they work during #BBC24, and more to be announced! https://t.co/DrSALC5HIy

Excited to be an invited guest for Big Bad Con this fall β swing through, it's gonna be a good time
Guess what happens tomorrow morning at 08:00 PST? The #BBC2024 crowdfunding kicks off and you will NOT want to miss the coolness we have for you. In addition to badges, there is scholarship support and the subsequent feeling of altruism that ensues, a mug WITH a game, and more!

I got to do some cool art for this game β it was a pleasure to cook up some fun ideas for this with Nick, and to watch @chaibypost's writing truly bring the playset to life. Check it out!
The updated and improved second edition of CHIRON'S DOOM, the storytelling game about an ill-fated expedition to explore a mysterious monument, is out now! Good for solo journalling, or up to 3 brave (probably doomed) explorers. https://t.co/KnD2m72JmF

this is interesting especially as "occupied territory" is a... pretty centrist way of framing things β a JStreet-esque hedge against talking about apartheid!

An internal style memo from New York Times editors tells reporters not to use words like βgenocideβ or βPalestineβ when covering Israelβs war on Gaza.

this is the best game i've played all year, maybe the best game i've played all 2023 too. its slick and tight, clean oneshot timing, and has a gorgeous online interface. PLAY IT
LAST TRAIN TO BREMEN uses snappy mechanics based on Liar's Dice to deliver a grim tale of secrets, backstabbing, and betrayal. Build your band, flee your cursed contract, and reflect together on all the choices that led you down this sorry path. https://t.co/oePrwrLipU

touchstones for LAST TRAINβ¦ include kentucky route zero, fleetwood mac, the phantom of the opera broadway pit orchestra, and that bit in the movie with the freeze frame and record scratch where the guy goes βyep, thats me, youre probably wondering how i got into this situationβ
