I drop off a cliff when on stream, in top 8, or when I care about the outcome. It's an issue I was hoping would become better with time but it has become increasingly unclear. Do any of my fellow competitors have ideas or anecdotes to share.

When we lose our sense of community we make room for esports and corporatism. Please try and connect with your fellow humans. Go your locals and regionals even if you don't compete. Sign up for a game you don't play. It makes me sad to see how common this sentiment has become.
@SoneroGGs Its not about building a scene and helping other people get better, its about competing and winning. If i had to drive an hour half just to dogwalk the competition and LOSE money, how is that enjoyable?.

I can see that switch flip in my opponents head when they realize they're a worse player and switch from playing the fighting game to trying to hoe me in the ft2 it's like cornering a wild animal.
