It hits everything many people complain about the Saints and Pelicans. A competitive product, at affordable family-friendly prices in a neighborhood environment. But there’s a lot of road for Tulane to travel to make up for 40 years of irrelevance to this market.

Entertaining losses are about as much as I hope for with the Saints. They have a bad roster but keep playing hard and putting themselves in position to beat more talented opponents, esp at home. The front office failed this team, but it could be a hell of a lot worse.

I love Yulman Stadium as much, or more, than anyone else. But for the love of all things holy @TulaneAthletics, get the scoreboard fixed. Not having an operable game clock (or score half the time) in consecutive ESPN games is inexcusable. They get it right at playgrounds.
