Met a lot of great people and saw some old friends. @BryanStromme @pgawestagronomy set the bar high! We appreciate the hospitality.
The first ever @SSCF_Foundation event on the west coast featured nearly 30 teams playing for a total of $30,000…the “prize money” is distributed to the turf programs selected by the top placing teams and is given as financial aid to students pursuing careers in our industry.

ALL turf students could get a scholarship. This is only the top 20 in one region. A member told me "if a shortage of students is a problem, your voice needs to be louder. Members don't know this unless you tell them". It hit home as does this post.
