New employee break room, new lights, completely 100% reorganized. Brighter, safer, and more efficient. All of this was done in season. I can’t wait until the offseason to continue the improvements facility wide.

Prepping for the @links_national NLT Championship. Unfortunate to have rain in the forecast this weekend. Course is shining right now. Even the greens have a fair amount of bounce. Have a few more tricks up the sleeve for next week!

A long way from the finish line but shop improvements at East Potomac Golf Links over the last 12 months have been monumental. We’ve gone from a dark, congested and dangerous shop to a well lit and efficient space. Construction of the employee break room started this weekend.

Another morning pulling hose at East Potomac Golf Links. 7:00 start on 3 different courses means you need to get out well before the sun rises. When the sun did come up it was as orange as I’ve ever seen. Very fun morning on the course 3 days post aeration.

I’d be remiss not to extend thanks to @ASchilppPhoto. Adam is my right hand, my daily therapist (pretty sure that wasn’t in the job description), and a big reason we have improved at all 3 properties over the last 2 seasons. I am very grateful. Thank you sir.

It’s remarkable where we have come from an equipment perspective in the last 12 months. Thank you @links_national for the support. Thanks to @TurfEquipSupply, @TheToroCompany, @MDupcak for always having our back. Cut aeration time by 50% this year.

Always bitter sweet going home. I never knew how lucky I was to walk the hallowed grounds of HVCC whenever I wanted. Knowing my nephew has the bug makes it even harder being away. Until next time old girl. I love you, I hate you, and I can’t wait to see you again.
