After spending time at our Lexington Discovery Day booth answering questions about the town and our schools, Joe Pato (with Jeri) and I relaxed at the Beer Garden. What a great afternoon!

I have watched this every day since it was posted. It really touched my heart! Thanks to Mrs. C. and all the students for such a lovely sentiment and performance. I will miss seeing the Joy in Learning take place firsthand. Keep up the fantastic work! THANK YOU!

About 6 years ago, some Hancock Nursery School families gave me this rose bush. It started out about a foot tall; now it is over 5 ft tall. And all the blooms remind me each year of the little ones I had a chance to learn from.

A common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools.

Election Day is today, Monday March 4. I will be making the rounds on Monday to all the polling stations. Please honk, wave, or say hello, if you see me! But most importantly, don't forget to vote!
As always, thank you for your support,

With regard MASC/MASS’s latest letter to Gov Baker, the Blame Game ship sailed a long long time ago. In dealing with the pandemic, if we all don’t get on the same page soon, divided we fall (and fail).
#Careforyourselfandothers
Just read this letter for the first time. The situation we’re in isn’t the fault of the Unions, SC members, or school leaders. The pandemic is our common enemy, and we’d all do well to keep that in mind.

I am truly honored to receive CAAL PAC endorsement of my campaign for School Committee. CAAL PAC is a separate organization from the Chinese American Association of Lexington - CAAL that focuses on local politics and elections. Enjoyed sharing ideas with the community-Thank you!
Overheard in Boston, guy on his phone on the T: “Naw, bro, like the chili in the fridge was white.... naw, we don’t joke like that in the office.... it’s gotta be Raoul. He’s always jokative, bro.”
FYI—due to the covid-19 situation, the Hastings Open House event for this Sunday (March 22) has been canceled. Please keep a lookout for a future date. Stay safe, Lexington!
Hey, LPS! A winter storm warning is in effect, so there will be NO SCHOOL THURSDAY, DECEMBER 17, 2020. No remote or in-person learning; just a good old fashioned snow day! Enjoy! ❄️⛄️❄️
We’re excited to see the reactions Hastings students are having as they see the inside of their new building for the first time! Some of the adjectives used to describe the building include “stylish” and “awesome!”
@lexingtonsuper
With schools closed but voting polls open, please consider taking your child to the polls and showing them what voting is—a nice teachable civics moment. But please be safe with regard to the snow!
Lexington Public Schools are closed tomorrow due to the impending winter storm warning. NO SCHOOL MONDAY, MARCH 4, 2019. All before and after school activities are canceled, as well.
