Nota bene: when i did eventually quit that job the boss came down to my desk to tell me I'd regret that decision. I never did, but in retrospect he wasn't that bad a guy, all things considered. Still, it was funny, he was funny. I'm glad it was part of my career.

I'm still Warner Bros > Disney simply because i had the privilege of spending a few months deeply researching Looney Tunes' amazing art. I totally should have stolen all those LT art books when I eventually left that studio...

I still have a video of a gameplay mockup that, despite some iffy animation, looked pretty much like a Looney Tunes cartoon. It could have been awesome. But even so, being able to have spent months researching the art of LT was an artist's dream.

Eventually the project got killed. It was obviously too convoluted. At the time i blamed the producer for giving into the publisher 's every whim, but i understand that he was just trying his best to get the project greenlit. Such a shame it never happened.
