Wisconsin Dairy farmer, Age 52, Winter belly, haven’t shaved in a week, been sitting behind a computer for many hours lately, 4 years post back surgery, have not pulled a deadlift in over a year. Random Friday night at the gym. Pulled 405# Deadlift. Pretty pumped about this.

Today marks Hike #52 my wife and completed together since January 1st, 2024 for a total of 260 miles. She has is carrying 40# in her pack today. I farm and she works in healthcare and we made dedicated time almost every weekend to hike together somewhere. 😎😎
