I made a ragu of homegrown tomatoes & sage leaves, a bit of left over aubergine, chopped shallot onion and garlic, s&p chilli flakes cooked it down, tossed in the rigatoni, so tasty! Served with pecorino cheese and some friarielli. Had my Tiramisù for dessert. #meatfreemonday

There's a rail incident betw Euston - Watford causing huge delays and cancellations tonight. Practically every rail service is offering ticket acceptence to passengers but not @chilternrailway why? Seems rather mean spirited when all the other companies are pulling together.

I very much enjoyed the rehearsal performance of the Royal Ballet in La Fille ma Gardee on Friday. Francesca Hayward was Lise, Marcelino Sambe was Colas. James Hay was great as Wisow Simone. Such a sunny ballet on a dreary autumn day!

Todays 'no' bake - Tiramisù. A healthy dose of port I brought back from Porto was put in the coffee dipping liquor. At some point I'll try making a pistachio version with my pistachio liqueur..... This one is setting in the fridge now. Can't wait need a pick me up with this ☔

Gawd @ZackPolanski looked such a scruff on @bbclaurak this morning, put a tie on and smarten yourself up if you want to make a good impression especially on national TV. Standards are slipping so much.

Milk's gone up 10p to £1.75 for 2 litres. Every little ADDs up!

So 2 local chemists have shut, 1 permanently one due to stagff shortages so that's hopefully temporary, knock on effect is my chemist has 1000 more customers and it's taken a week to prep my meds. It's usually 24-48 hours! Yikes!
