Anyone want to lease the Fox Bruin Theater? It’s been sitting abandoned for a year with no plans to reopen.

Any updates on the Fox Theater @JasonReitman? Almost a year of it being closed.

Further info. Trucks marked Air Control Systems. New Carrier AC units on another truck. Ductwork and all (40+) AC units being replaced in the multiplex building only. No activity at the Dome itself.

Construction materials have arrived at the Cinerama Dome. Tiles imported from Italy… let’s hope it’s for the Dome and not Blue Note.

When I called Robertson the receptionist said it would reopen. They never responded to my emails though.
