❤️🩹 i've really felt it this week & not able to go to all the gigs I would normally do just to have that escapism with my friends. The 2 I've been to have been incredible. I've got such FOMO but have to listen to my body and adapt my lifestyle. 😭❤️🩹#HFAW2023 #DuranDuran.
This week is heart failure awareness week! 💓📢. This happens when your heart isn't pumping well enough. Although it can sound scary, Heart failure doesn’t mean that your heart is about to stop working completely, but that it needs support to work better.

Manchester was insane.Bring on London #duranduran .🥰🎉 Just so happy that on new heart meds that I can actually make it to these shows. it's been touch and go the last few months if I would.I will pay for it in absolute exhaustion & the recovery will be long but worth it 🙏♥️.
