Home Songs is now available. Many thanks to @wipfandstock for publishing, and to those who have read and supported my work along the way. My hope with this chapbook is to explore the beauty and spiritual significance of "home" as a concept and place.

Really appreciate Catherine's comments here. It seems that the importance of mom's presence in the little years used to be more widely accepted, but certainly so in conservative circles. Now, a mom who's literally only around for her little ones on the weekend is praised in @WSJ.
At lot of thoughtful commentary in this @WSJ piece about "the conservative women who are having it all.". Especially liked this from @megynkelly which echoes so much of what I reported in my book: “Whereas in the conservative world, especially among people of faith, you hear all.

I've never written about the eating disorder I suffered from in my teenage years, so my latest from @Plough - a piece reflecting on the goodness and given-ness of food in God's created order - was a somewhat difficult piece for me to write. Read below if interested.
