Rowan Williams, former Archbishop of Canterbury & supporter of our #WealthTax campaign & me quoted in @ChurchTimes for @JustMoneyMvt condemning cuts in today’s #SpringStatement as morally wrong, call instead for a #WealthTax to help build communities where we can all flourish:.
The former Archbishop of Canterbury Lord Williams said that “growth alone” would not build a just society, and called for a wealth tax to “address the soaring inequality that is so deeply damaging to our collective morale and trust”. #SpringStatement .

It was great to chat to @UCBNewsTeam for @JustMoneyMvt on the thorny issue of tax evasion raised by the @CommonsPAC report last week, why we should care about addressing this as an issue of fairness as well as a way to raise revenue to help those in need in our society.
