Recently, I read an author who said that my approach to coaching is facilitative. As most people know, that is not correct. For clarity, here's an article where I explain that instructional coaching is actually dialogical.

So many models of coaching being used in education and I’ve added some new ones myself. I think this is great as long as we agree what the core principles of coaching are and discern its true potential in education - don’t distort it to fit a compliance agenda set by leadership.
