I really enjoy making fresh pasta. I find it very relaxing. Last night I made my first ravioli with a spinach & ricotta filling. I need more practice as they are a bit rustic, but they were delicious!!!!

Catching up on Friday’s #MasterChefTheProfessionals Oh my days 🫢 it’s the mince round! I’d excel at this as I’m the Queen of mince cookery!!!! Really enjoy cooking with mince as it’s so versatile and you can make some cracking dishes. Looking forward to seeing what is made!

If they are freshly cooked (or I’ll make an exception for lukewarm ones from Greggs) yes. If they have been cooked, gone cold, I’d rather eat it cold than microwave it. Pork pies - always cold. Deconstruct, remove the jelly, reconstruct and eat. Ketchup with both! 😋
