@RateMySausage I see the vote is finished, but I would go for unlimited. Being Scottish, on the pudding front I'd go for black, white, and, of course, haggis. Mushrooms for moisture. Your sausages have to be juicy; likewise your bacon. Eggs and sautéed tatties. That'll do.

@RateMySausage 1/2 Don't know if you have ever heard of Castle Game Scotland, just west of Edinburgh. they started off just doing game, then moved on to beef and loads of other stuff. Started doing venison burgers and sausages, Now have a fabulous range.

@RateMySausage Perfect length, good enough girth, stretch streaky out with back of knife so it doesn’t shrink too much then slowly wrap a rasher round your sausage leaving the tips exposed - C looks the best ingredients then it’s how you handle it 😉.
