Civilians in Gaza need a way out. Egypt should reconsider opening its border to civilians who are desperate to leave the area. World leaders should keep negotiating for safe corridors so civilians can leave areas under attack.

So far, calls from international leaders and relief officials for a humanitarian corridor have shown no progress.
