Itās been really good getting back into the weight room recently!!. Shoutout to the WLU Women In Coaching group for getting me out of my comfort zone with these high cardio workouts š

Writing up the game plan for our Prospect Camp this Sunday, and it is getting me SO excited - to welcome people to our campus AND because we get to report back to school this month and I get to see my girls! š¤. Very fortunate to do something I love with people I love even more!.

THIS times a millionā¼ļø. Two things we preach in our program is EFFORT (probably #1) and BODY LANGUAGE (how ya gonna act when something doesnāt go your way). Actually - great softball example that can translate to life! šš¤·š»āāļø.
We have to run every ball out on offense! I saw too many players this weekend jogging to 1B on what they thought was a no doubt OUT. So what you popped up, I care more about how you RESPOND! Now go make something HAPPEN for your team! Thanks for reading, as always #GoFlashes ā”ļø.

Iām no math nerd but it seems like there are more uncommitted JUCO players & portal peeps than available roster spots in all of softball. Might be time to look beyond D1 for 98%. If the plane has no seats left the stand by list doesnāt get smaller.
