Had a great day yesterday visiting the Chemistry and Biochemistry Dept. @oberlincollege to tell them about some of my research in organic synthesis and chemical education. It was fantastic to meet with the students @oc_chemistry and faculty, including @LMRyno!.

Disheartening but not surprising. I wonder what it would look like if the same analysis was conducted for faculty at PUIs or other non-university types of institutions. Most US professors are trained at same few elite universities
