And I’m much more aware & mindful of calorie content. I never used to think about how many calories I was putting into my body, but with logging everything I eat & drink it has made me realize how many calories various foods have, which helps me make better choices now @TeamsamPT

I’ve also noticed how much stronger I am and how much more endurance I have during the workouts! I’m less out of breath during the day. I’ve conquered one exercise that I could not do at all my first few weeks! (sliders) I’m just excited about the progress I’ve made @TeamsamPT

So I’m just very proud and grateful today. I feel a lot more confident in myself and know I’ll continue to make healthier choices. I can’t wait to see where the next 8 weeks takes me. Thank you @TeamsamPT!!

Quite a few bad food choices in these 8 weeks but SO many good choices. I lost 21 pounds! & over 5 inches! If I’d been super strict for 8 weeks I could have lost even more but for me it was always about doing this in a way that I could continue even after the challenge @TeamsamPT

Last Positivity Friday post of this 8 week challenge! I am soo proud of myself for these past 8/9 weeks. I’ve never stuck to a diet/exercise schedule for this long before. I tracked all of my food for 9 weeks straight. Went to an average of 3 boot camps/week @TeamsamPT

Accountability Monday: I celebrated a little too hard this weekend after completing the physical test and gained back 3 of the pounds I had lost 😅 but gonna work extra hard this final week! Aiming for 4 workouts this week 💪 @TeamsamPT

I’ve been the most consistent I’ve ever been with working out! & I’ve done really well with nutrition which is what I struggle with most. Overall this challenge was an awesome jump into getting me back into a healthy lifestyle. Excited for the physical test tomorrow! @TeamsamPT

Positivity Friday: I can’t believe it’s been 8 weeks! I wasn’t perfect all 8 weeks but I’m super proud of how much effort I’ve put into this challenge. @TeamsamPT

Accountability Monday: I didn’t go to any classes last week 👎🏼 but I did 2 home workouts. This week my goal is to get to 4 classes, and go on walks tomorrow and Friday since the weathers gonna be so nice @TeamsamPT challenge this weekend so also practice my planks & squat holds!

Positivity Friday: even though I didn’t make it to any classes this week cause of my shoulder and weather closures, I did 2 @TeamsamPT home workouts. And I’m down another 2 lbs this week!!

Alsooo I slipped on ice on Friday 🤦🏻♀️ and my shoulder is still aching from that, so instead of 4 classes this week I may just do 2 later this week to let my shoulder rest, and focus on getting in 10k steps a day today and tomorrow (I usually average about 5k a day) @TeamsamPT

Accountability Tuesday (yesterday was so busy and stressful at work I forgot 😭). Last week was not the best for me, only went to 2 classes bc of the snow and was overall just feeling more lazy and snacky. This week will be better! Getting 4 classes in this week @TeamsamPT

Also… I just saw that my tweet from Friday isn’t here but I remember typing it out!! 🤔 I just said that I was proud of how consistent I’ve been with this program so far. It’s the longest I’ve ever tracked my food and the most consistent I’ve been with working out! @TeamsamPT
