mistakes I made as a founder around launch ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Don’t bet on the big press launch.I did. I wanted the “I made it” moment. The viral press debut. But the truth? It rarely works. Because press won’t get you to product-market fit. Traditional media can’t cover for a product.
