First Redstart of the season for me along West Yatton Down, they seem more difficult to track down this year! Marsh Tit seem to be doing well with at least 2 birds in with the tit flock. #wiltsbirds

First partial sweep of the farmland to the west of Chippenham this year produced a singing but very skulky Lesser Whitethroat with 5 singing Common Whitethroat. Some way to go to equal 2020’s 20+ singing males on a day in early May! #wiltsbirds
