Police Chief P.J. Smith presented a plaque to Gerry and Brenda Wood, recognizing their incredible 23 years of partnership in providing bicycles to Salisbury youths. After the greetings, presentation and loading more than 200 bicycles, our officers delivered bicycles to youths.

Salisbury Police Chief P.J. Smith attended the Gulf War Era Luncheon for local veterans today at the West End Plaza. Chief Smith was the guest of retired 82nd Airborne Sergeant Larry Hill. Chief attended in honor of his own son, the late PFC Turner, who was a Gulf War veteran.
