Today's #illustriousGyms highlight is #Monticello. The newest gyms featured in the book. It actually fits the description of a stale-rectangluar gym, but with a great lobby, some excellent choices in windows, and so design flare, it stands out and just made the cut for the book.

PLAYERS: If you want to have a GREAT TEAM, you need to figure out how you can positively impact your team! This isn't just when you're playing, but when you're on the bench, in the locker room, in training sessions, on road trips, in the weight room, or in the classroom.

On the best teams the players hold each other accountable. They bring energy and don't allow their teammates to slack off or cheat drills.
