🧘 It’s okay to pause. 🧘‍♂️ It’s powerful to rest. 🧘‍♀️ And it’s absolutely essential to reset, especially if you want to rise even higher. If this week stretched you thin, repeat this out loud or in your mind: I give myself permission to rest, reset, and rise higher.
