Never use “end of the week” or “end of the day” deadlines. Set a clear deadline on a specific date.

People often mistake time as their most valuable asset. But we all have the same 24 hours in a day. What you spend your attention, focus, and energy on is where you win or lose. Use them wisely.

Say yes to more opportunities. Accept that you might not know how to do everything. That doesn't mean you need to avoid everything you don't know how to do. Learn to be resourceful and get the job done.

3 Reasons why your cards đź’ł get DECLINED. 1. A mismatch between the geography of the merchant and the issuing bank. 2. Wrong MCC. 3. Processing your transactions outside business hours. How to fix it? Do the exact opposite. Darryl Hicks.

One of the most valuable pieces of advice I've received: . Find the smartest people you can, and spend as much time with them as you possibly can without being creepy.

When facing difficulty, remember that your competition shares the same hurdles. Use this opportunity to innovate and explore uncharted territories where others hesitate to go. Identify your competition's struggles, develop targeted solutions that set you apart.

What if your salespeople suck?. Companies often turn to scripts, software, and trainers. But that's rarely the main issue. -Reps not knowing what it takes to succeed. -Leaders fail to leverage data effectively. -By far the worst, tolerating poor performance. @kylevamvouris.

Get them to sign your contracts, not the other way around. YOU are the one providing the service. Why should they dictate how YOU do it?.

Build a product that will last a lifetime for your customer. Not one that he'll outgrow in 6 months. Create a product that remains relevant and valuable for an extended period. Scalability, customization, and continuous innovation should be priorities.
