@Coles you have now proposed we wait for groceries to arrive tomorrow (after we paid a premium price for the selected delivery window today) or issue a refund to be received within 1-3 working days. I am disgusted by the absolute lack of customer care.

@Coles I have just called for the THIRD time and was advised the driver went back to collect the groceries from the incorrect address and they were gone. So your solution to this issue was to drop us off groceries that have been sitting outside since 8.30am this morning.

@Coles I called again at 11.41am as no one called me. After being placed on hold for 15 minutes I was advised my order was again out for delivery and I would receive it within the hour.
