PART 4: can’t believe such bad customer service from such a big company! Waiting in for a whole afternoon & then being told the order is not coming is not acceptable. Would call again to make a complaint but haven’t got another 2 hours free to sit on hold! @IKEAUKSupport @IKEAUK.

PART 3: . they didn’t know. They tell me we are going to have to re order everything but now things are out of stock!!!! But they can offer me £30 vouchers. not even the cost of the delivery!!! Finally decided that it’s not worth the hassle to reorder and cancelled it @IKEAUK.

PART 2: wait for 1 hour and 15 minutes before some@one picks up! When I finally get through they tell me the order was delivered as they didn’t have the paper work! I ask why no one contacted me to tell me the order wasn’t going to be delivered. @IKEAUK @IKEAUKSupport.

Part 1: SO. @IKEAUK were due to deliver to us today, received a text yesterday to say delivery will be between 12.30 and 4.30pm ( after it being cancelled twice) husband takes the afternoon off, delivery not arrived by 6pm, phone IKEA. .

Just watched all the series of Miranda with our 2 boys (9 & 12) They have ♥️every minute of it. After the final episode our youngest got really emotional and started to cry! He said he was sad because he enjoyed watching them so much and now there weren’t anymore 😭 @mermhart.
