A bot is an account usually run by agencies to mass promote their model, it’s done by automated retweet system (robot). Most of them drop 24 hours a day up to 100 times an hour which gets them in “jail”

The best answer is hard block. That reduces them being able to join groups your in BUT you would then be at risk of the agency blocking you back.
