I finally got a hotel room for the morning….now to sleep for 2 hours before I have to hit the road again and on to next city…

This my middle of the night stop to break up a long trip. Now it’s 3am and I have no where to stay in a foreign city and out $150. Do better @sheratonhotels. People before profits and have some empathy…

Then I was told I can call who ever I want to complain but no one will do anything! Poor customer service. After all of this she said my reservation that was prepaid was a no show because is now auditing and I have would to make a new reservation and pay another $150.

She gets checked in as I’m grabbing my stuff and I go to the bathroom. I come back and no one again. I wait 10-15 before going behind the lobby desk and into the office to let the lady know I was there. Now I can’t be checked in because of an audit

@priceline is profits before people. It should be the other way around.

And @priceline won’t credit or rebook you. It’s your job to find a place at 3am in the morning.

Verdict is don’t book with @priceline if you are traveling and stopping in middle of night. They won’t honor your room and they won’t rebook you.

I picked this as a middle point of my trip. It’s 3am in the morning and I have to be back on the road in the AM. $150 for a room that I would have slept on for 7 hours in total & they don’t have the decency to even offer to let me book another night for the night I already paid 4

Traveling through the night to get to a work destination only to arrive and find out that @priceline and the @sheratonhotels won’t honor my reservation. $150 and I got here 20 mins after the audit so I’m a no show and won’t let me stay in a room I paid for….
