Stó:lō Tribal Council Chief @STCTye said settler governments can reduce risk by integrating #Indigenous perspectives. Stó:lō means river or water. Stó:lō Nation accepted water's agency & moved with its cycles. Settlers drained Semá:th Xhotsa (Sumas Lake) for farms and homes.

This is our first hybrid FNESC AGA. @FNESC @FNEducation Due to AFN AGA and Jurisdiction activities in July we had to move to end of June. We will be back to July next year.
