Hey all - slowly but steadily, this community is growing, which is great! However, I think that there are plenty of toxinology young scientists that are not yet here. It would be great, if you could spread this network in your bubble so that we can have as many of us here as

Happy to learn that the Union Cabinet, Chaired by Shri @narendramodi, has approved @DBTIndia's ‘BioE3 Policy for Fostering High Performance Biomanufacturing’. Glad that our suggestions as part of Sectoral Expert Committee at @IITIndore served as a reference in formulating this.

Thrilled to share that a major chapter of my PhD thesis on the evolutionary ecology of Indian snake venoms is now published, after nearly 5 years of hard work. Immensely grateful to @anaturalist for the trust and support. #Science #Research #PhDLife
Our paper on the evolutionary ecology of Indian snake venoms is published in @BMCBiology. We describe how biotic factors and life history traits (e.g., diet, sex, development) shape the venoms of India's clinically most relevant snakes: the spectacled cobra and Russell's Viper.

Researchers at @CES_IISc and @scrippsresearch have developed an antibody that neutralises a potent neurotoxin produced by highly toxic snakes of Elapidae family, which includes the cobra, king cobra, krait and black mamba. https://t.co/C5whdu3jF9
