Our fearless colleague @rdikow is moving on. She leaves behind some very big shoes to fill! We are sad to see her leave and @yalelibrary is lucky to have her leadership. But don't sleep on our lab! Many exciting projects on the horizon. Rebecca is leaving us in fighting shape.
Today is my last day in my position at the Smithsonian Institution @SIDataScience. I am endlessly grateful for the brilliance and care of the colleagues with whom I have worked. 1/3.

We recently attributed specimens to Dr. Pérez Farfante: Amazing to read more about her life and career. #SmithsonianHHM.
Cuban zoologist Dr. Isabel Pérez Farfante’s journey to the Smithsonian was far from typical. She was working as a professor and biologist in Cuba when she and her husband learned they had been blacklisted by the government. → #SmithsonianHHM
