Me still talking about The Secret Lives of Church Ladies by @DeeshaPhilyaw. 3 years later and it’s my number one recommendation to folks looking to get back into reading.
If you read a book and enjoyed it, do not shy away from applauding the writer publicly. Be loud with your praise. Writing is a particularly low paying vocation, so every support (financial and otherwise) counts. It is also why piracy is awful.
