Congrats to Bruin Speed’s Qharma Spry for capturing the 2025 SCHSL State Strength Title in the Girls 160 lb weight class! Qharma finished 1st in her weight class and also set 3 new State Records (Broad Jump - 96”, Back Squat - 300 lbs and Total Weight (455 lbs) @SFBruinStrength
