Today is #InternationalMigrantsDay, and we must reflect on what has been an exceptionally dangerous year for migrants, especially those crossing the Channel to seek safety. This year, a record number of people have tragically lost their lives trying to reach safety.

Delighted to attend to the beautiful Christmas Carol Service hosted by @MayorofLondon last night, and it was wonderful to have the chance to update the Deputy Mayor for Communities & Social Justice @debs_wb on the development and work of @SEEAC_CIC ☺️✨️
A wonderful evening at the @MayorofLondon Carol Service last night centered around the theme of ‘New Beginnings.’ It was so uplifting to see Londoners come together for a beautiful night of carols and readings, celebrating the spirit of community and renewed hope.
