Randomize patients into trials so we can get the evidence that we need. Do vascular imaging on all minor strokes. Randomize in tempo2 or endolow when it is up and running.

#ESOC2019 RCT: R Nogueira, S Martins, Brazil. RESILIENT thrombectomy trial. After first interim analysis at 174 patients DSMB stopped. Results with 221 patients included: Thrombectomy associated with overwhelming efficacy in all primary and secondary outcomes! Major achievement
