Randomize patients into trials so we can get the evidence that we need. Do vascular imaging on all minor strokes. Randomize in tempo2 or endolow when it is up and running.
EVT in mild stroke. No high level evidence, more people doing it. It is time to do RCTs @SCouttsMD @mihill68 thanks for the great editorial accompanying our paper.
