Defended his game a lot over the last 2 years but it's a new NSW number 6 for me now after that disrespect towards fans. I get it's likely towards those who abused him but it didn't come across like that and a quality culture is critical to sustained excellence in Origin footy!

3rd boost activated! Marzhew & Hosking in as well as Schuster. This allows me to keep Val who I spoke to and said he will go 90+ for me 😉 Wilton, Alomoti and Doorey out. Looks like 2 very nice upgrades with one bye target downgrade near basement $$

Sorry to be negative i hate to do it!
Issue was it killed off the game. It ended as soon as that try was scored. Maybe warriors score next and make it 24-18 or maybe they lose by 30 still. Issue is we are left with this and we don't know 🥲

Ok footy fans this one hurts but it's an important point. From Teddy onwards all the Blues players stop coming across and just watch when the contest in the air occurs. There seemed to be something missing in the desire stakes all series and im baffled why? Just 1 example

No major dramas for me on Tamou. If a bloke plays 300+ games and has been an excellent role model with no/minimal indiscretions I can get behind a 1 game downgrade for a farewell game. Precedent not set for anyone who doesn't fit that category (not many players).

Schuster did base 10 tonight. Real NRL Holy hell! Mesmorising was the best word I saw. But SC wise would be a scary play in 17s at the moment.. literally all attack reliant when playing 5-8. Could be a 10 or 100 type guy. Hopefully he runs a but more as he goes on

Scary to think how much improvement Reece Walsh still has in him given how good he already is! He is still so raw and if he can keep improving stuff like support play, when to inject, pass/run selection on his sweep plays he actually could be anything!

Really thought Cody's execution tonight was as poor as I've seen from him.. really not in form at the moment! First try was behind AJ, a heap hit the deck. Could have had a field day against 12! Not convinced SC wise. Well done on 150 games though capped with a try and win!!

Just a reminder that I don't think you need to go to pod crazy round 1! Maybe pick a couple but if you set up a decent side with a good money making base and point scoring potential it will give you max opportunity to make moves as the season goes on!

I do think Nicho showed signs at different stages that were quite good. Lovely kick for a try, great inside ball to go within inches of another assist but we need Mitch I believe. A genuine kicking, organising 7..
Nicho could potentially compliment him at 6 but Mitch comes in

I really think try scorer needs to kick off like other sports the team conceding gets the ball. Under the new rules bad teams especially simply can't deal with set after set... just to help deal with momentum a little? Also Turbo is a god..

Whats your favourite play in rugby league? Early thoughts for me are chip n chase regather close but I love a show n go at pace, straight through untouched, get to the Fullback, draw and pass... TRY under the sticks!

One of the best things from the footy today was seeing Hastings actually play a traditional number 7 first reciever role both sides of the field rather then a left and right side attack where there is no traditional Half-back. Loved it and hope to see it more and more!

Gee you're a bit negative tonight mate! Mitch has been outstanding all year. Admittedly misfit a few tonight in that first half but he also made an unbelievable 1 on 1 on Taumololo 5m out in the dying stages.. D had been exceptional. Kicking incredible all year and running well
