This is sad. In Tanzania, a young mother (30yrs) has died of child birth; simply because she has no £30 to pay for the C-section that she needed. It is a shame . I hope someone is made accountable for this. @Tanzanglopix #Tanzania @WizaraYaAfya.#universalhealthcoverage
