I agree this is likely what is happening.
This quarter could be very interesting for Tesla. The initial house bill had the $7,500 US Fed EV credit ending EOY but it was brought forward to end this quarter in the final version of the bill, which is now law. Tesla will have been planning based on end of year and there are.

I'm the first person I've heard discuss numerous ideas about Tesla and/ or Neuralink and they always end up getting talked about later by the Tesla X community. I suppose it's a good thing, all things considered, but frustrating nonetheless. It'd be great to have an experiment.
