My very first “Not Guilty,” which feels much different from pre-trial motions victories, Client cried happy tears in my arms. Humbled by the amount of trust that is placed in my hands. Public defense work is not easy, but so worth it.

Seeing a Probation Officer literally salivate over the power they wield in a Probation Violation will never stop being utterly disturbing to me.
