💯. This is UNION POWER!. #AirCanada flight attendants did not give in to a grave misuse of the law to violate the rights to strike and free & voluntary collective bargaining - which also contravenes international law btw. Repeal S107!.
This deal only happened because CUPE flight attendants & unions held strong against the Liberal govt's misuse of Section 107. That back-to-work order was an obstacle to free collective bargaining. Canada’s unions demand Section 107 be removed from the Labour Code. #solidarity.
