For DVT 3 point compression ultrasound, we preach never compress in the sagittal plane, but there's not harm in looking. #FOAMus #POCUS

Our ultrasound fellowship program started in 2012. We finally had a patient go straight to the OR based on our imaging without repeat imaging. Culture takes a while to change. Keep after it. #persistence #POCUS

Sometimes A4c view is not the best or easiest for viewing TV vegetations. Here it is seen best subxiphoid. Highlights the importance of multiple views. #POCUS

In first trimester OB, always see bladder in saggital view to prove IUP. This 9 wk ectopic could have been missed otherwise.
