Postman Ryan Saltern was hit on a country lane. The driver, Wayne Shilling, drove off, leaving Ryan to die in the road. Despite his radiator breaking in the impact, Shilling claimed he didn't know he'd hit anyone. He received a 4 month suspended sentence, 1 year ban & £207 fine.

We’ve just walked up Shaftesbury Ave, pavements are 10 deep and pple struggling to keep off Rd, Rd is gridlocked with tiny numbers of pple. It is totally wrong. Pedestrianise and regulate rickshaws for genuine disabled.
