I’m a psychologist, and I’ll say it without sugarcoating it: The constant desire to talk everything out with people who hurt you isn’t maturity—it’s an attempt to save a bond where you’re not safe.

I have survived the day. Three talks in one day - made me feel like I was back working at the Grahamstown Festival. Good times.
