Quick stop at Electric Bakery for chat with @alexbluett who told us about their 3 mile loaf of sourdough. The grain is grown 3 miles from the bakery, and then table-milled and baked into the loaf in-house. Can confirm it’s delicious!🍞 #BudeClimathon . @CCRI_UK @BritishAcademy_
