Mrs A challenged me to run a mile, so 1m🏃♀️tonight.Congrats to Kevin, Emmet & John on a sub 90 half earlier🍀🙌🏻 Still time to donate if you can🙏🏻.Hands are nearly fixed so back on the main challenges soon. Can’t say I’m looking forward to all of them🤦♀️😂

Amazing job by Kevin, Emmet & John👏Sub 90 for a half is amazing. If you can pls donate, every donation will make a difference however big or small🙏🏻.And I’m doing a mile later(part of my challenge) & I can tell you I’ll probably be slower than any of the splits of these boys🤦♀️😂.

#1 done.Person who set this doesn’t like/isn’t on SM so not naming them. But with 🚣🥇🥇🥇 they definitely know what they’re talking about.It didn’t quite go as I wanted & my usual 200 sunk shots per day will be interesting for a few days🤦♀️🏀.But we commit & don’t quit right?💪🏻🙌🏻

Lovely afternoon down at the Garrison Savannah yesterday including a few winners. Even managed to pick the winner of the 2yo race - none had ever been on a track🏇😅 Sometimes a favourite name or colour is the answer😉😂

I posted a while ago & can now say next Fri I’ll be starting a series of challenges to earn my Team Trinidad & Tobago Bobsleigh kit🇹🇹.I’ll complete over a few weeks & Sept 2nd will see if I’ve been successful. I may go off some people😉.Pls follow @freja_grace on Insta for more.
So, I’ve been given a fab opportunity to have an amazing piece of “Team Kit” for a team I admire hugely.But I’m going to have to earn it.Challenges will be set for me to “earn” my hoodie.If any sports people who follow me can suggest some tests to add, then please do. Let’s go💪🏻
