There’s also something called the Japanese Interval Walking Training which is quite good. Check it out.
Fun fact:. The 10,000-step goal was invented in 1965 to market a Japanese pedometer. The company chose the number because the Japanese character for 10,000 looks like a person walking. There’s no science behind it.

Finally! a fully working Electron app for my multi breakpoint viewer. Chatgpt sucks hard at coding now. Had to go Claude to help me do the code. I can live in peace again for the next few days.
Electron's prototype is working nicely. it's still very rough. There's a weird display on tablet view, maybe it needs some kind of refresh. But it's a good start.

And SO it turned out you really also cannot do this with Tauri + RUST. Prototyped a working web view, but it cannot embed multiple webviews into one window. Turns out Electron is more suitable for this. My quest continues. To version 4. Time to go Electron.

Turned out you really can't do this via browser only, due to CSP issues for some websites. I'll have to build everything back on Tauri and Rust.

I have an epson printer that i have to use everyday else all the ink will dry once I really have to use it if left unused. Finally have something I’ll enjoy printing daily.

Version 2 is much better. Now using tauri and rust. Vanilla js for front end. No longer using embedded web views. I can live with this 😄. Maybe i should have just created an html page with iframes 😂 so i can view it all in my browser. Dang. now i need to do version 3. 😂

Got tired of opening multiple tabs to view breakpoints for quality checking. Decided to code my own multiview browser. Currently uses Python and embedded views, and it sucks. Trying a second version using Tauri and Rust.

Just 4 more books left in the Wheel of Time. I’ve started reading the books slower this time 😂 The only reason I started this was because I was looking forward to read Brandon Sanderson’s work on the last 3 books. So far Wheel of Time is awesome 😂

Playing Mario Kart solo race against the fastest ghost vs beating your own ghost. Against fastest ghost was less fulfilling because I’m a noob, I couldn’t see my improvements. But against my own record it was more fulfilling to see myself improve just a few seconds each time.

Just realized when I’m close to burning out I gravitate towards just listening to music or going for books and games to relax. I welcome it and it won’t make me feel guilty now to not think about work.
